in the international trading and planned to explore the possible
business opportunities. The company's proposed business plan's
intention is to augment the present expertise and resources
and consolidate the international business activities in the
area of merchant exporting of iron ore and other minerals.
Accordingly, the company recently, started its Mining Division
in the year 2003 to explore the freshly opened up avenue of
iron ore exports to Chinese and Japanese Markets.
The company's mining division office has been located at Bangalore,
for effective management and administration. The company will be
procuring materials from various mines located in bellary - Hospet
Belt, in the State of Karnataka. Initially, as a strategic business
plan, company will be exporting iron ores by purchasing from various
mines, and the company also owns Iron Ore and Manganese Ore Mines
- to create the strong supply base for catering the needs of International
market.
CAPABILITIES
Some of the Iron Ore and Manganese Ore Mining leases are approved
and cleared by State as well as Central Govt. of India and
also abtain clearance from variou department like Indian Bureau
of Mines, State Pollution Control Board, Etc.
The company and the Directors have immense experience in the
International Trade for more than 3 decade. With the proposed
enhancement in Export Credit facilities, the Company intended
to accomplish following milestones in the future:
To achieve an aggregate turnover of Rs. 1000.00 crores by the
year 2010
To export monthly 60,000 MT Shipments of iron ore by the year
2007 - 2008

in its clientele list Iron Ore, Manganese Ore and other products

facilities it is seeking from the bankers.
